Rainwater systems
and roof drainage

Roof drainage that still performs in a cloudburst — including storage and reuse where that makes sense.

What we do

Large flat roofs on commercial buildings have to shed an enormous volume of water in a short time. Downpours are getting heavier and municipalities increasingly limit how much rainwater you may discharge to the sewer. A rainwater system solves both: it drains fast and buffers water temporarily.

We calculate drainage capacity from the roof area and install the system including emergency overflows. Where the client wants to reuse rainwater — for toilet flushing, site irrigation or process water — we install the storage and distribution network as well.

Sectors we serve

  • Industrial halls and distribution centres
  • Office buildings
  • Business parks
  • New-build projects

Frequently asked questions

Questions about this service

How is this different from ordinary downpipes?

A rainwater system is calculated against the roof area and design storm, and includes emergency provisions. Loose downpipes rarely are.

Can you set up rainwater reuse?

Yes, we install storage, filtration and the distribution network for uses such as toilet flushing or site irrigation.

Do you coordinate with the roofer?

Yes. The junction between roof covering and outlet is a critical detail, and we align it on site.
