From main line to final tap: we install complete sanitary systems in new-build and renovation projects for clients across the Netherlands.
What we do
A sanitary installation in a commercial building is a different job from a domestic bathroom. It involves flow rates across multiple floors, legionella prevention, fire-rated penetrations and a handover that has to fit the construction schedule. We design and install the complete system: cold and hot water lines, circulation, pressure boosting, waste pipes and the sanitary groups themselves.
Work follows the applicable Dutch standards for drinking-water installations (NEN 1006 and the associated Waterwerkbladen). Where the project calls for it we work in phases, so parts of the building stay in use while installation continues.

Questions about this service
Do you work for private individuals?
No. A&L Installaties works exclusively B2B: contractors, developers, property managers and companies with their own real estate.
Can you work while the building stays in use?
Yes. On renovations we work in phases and agree shut-offs in advance, so disruption for occupants stays limited.
Do you handle the design as well?
We work both from an existing specification and from a set of requirements. In the latter case we advise on pipe routing, capacity and material choice.
