What we do
The heating installation accounts for a large share of a commercial building’s energy use. So we start from the heat demand per zone: a warehouse, an open-plan office and a server room place completely different demands on the system. On that basis we install a system that keeps the building comfortable without over-firing.
We install complete new systems and replace outdated boiler setups, including the associated pipework, controls and hydronic balancing. When moving to heat pumps or a hybrid setup we first assess whether the existing emitters can work with it.

Questions about this service
Can you replace just the boiler?
We can, but we always assess the whole system first. A new boiler on a poorly balanced network rarely delivers the savings expected of it.
Do you advise on heat pumps?
Yes. We assess heat demand, the flow temperature the existing emitters need and the space available, then advise whether all-electric or hybrid makes more sense.
Do you handle maintenance too?
